Anaesthetic Accounts

Payment of Accounts: Prior to your surgery you will receive a quote from our office which will inform you of your costs for your procedure.

All uninsured patients and overseas insured patients fees are payable 7 days prior to your surgery by methods as outlined on the invoice.
After your procedure you will receive an itemized account which you can claim reimbursement from Medicare and your private health fund.

Out of pocket costs are also payable 7 days prior to your procedure as detailed in your quote.
Out of pocket fees: you are not able to reclaim this back.

Summary of accounts:

UNINSURED / OVERSEAS COVER: As explained above.

NO GAP: We will send your account to your private health fund for the full payment

KNOWN GAP: We will send you a quote/invoice for an out of pocket fee amount. This is not claimable by you at all. Another invoice will be sent to your health fund to finalise your account.

Please have the following information ready:

  • The date of your procedure
  • Your surgeon's name
  • Your anaesthetist (provided by your surgeon's office)
  • Your Credit Card details (Visa and Mastercard)
